EDUCATIONAL ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS
The Appraisal Institute of Canada – British Columbia is pleased to support the following awards. These awards are presented annually to a British Columbia member for the following programs or courses:
- PGCV 1st PLACE - BCAAIC AWARD ~ $1,500.00
Awarded to a BCAAIC member (must be a member at graduation) who achieves the highest average percentage grade in the PGCV Program.
- PGCV 2nd PLACE - BCAAIC AWARD ~ $1,000.00
Awarded to a BCAAIC member (must be a member at graduation) who achieves the second highest average percentage grade in the PGCV Program.
- BUSI 400 - RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY ANALYSIS ~ $750.00
Awarded to a BCAAIC member who achieves the highest grade in BUSI 400.
- BUSI 460 - CRITICAL ANALYSIS AND FORECASTING IN REAL ESTATE ~ $750.00
Awarded to a BCAAIC member who achieves the highest grade in BUSI 460.
Administration of the four awards is provided by the University of British Columbia – Sauder School of Business. They administer a number of awards and scholarships on behalf of various organizations and companies, including the AIC – BC. For more information, visit their Real Estate Division Awards page.
KEITH GOODWIN AWARD
The Keith Goodwin Award, is presented annually by AIC – BC to recognize a designated member for outstanding service, leadership, achievement, education, or mentoring. The award is named after our past provincial & national president, Keith Goodwin, who personifies these attributes.
