The Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) was founded in 1938 and is the premier real property valuation association in Canada. With approximately 4,800 members across Canada and around the world, AIC members offer clients a wide range of real property valuation services across a very diverse range of property types.

The AIC office is located in Ottawa, Ontario and works collaboratively with 10 affiliated provincial organizations.
